Returns

Non-personalised pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition, with the box and the diamond certificate.

Write to atelier@oneantwerp.com with your order number. We will issue insured return instructions.

Refunds are made to the original payment method once the piece has been inspected at the atelier.

Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces and rings resized to a custom measurement cannot be returned.

Every piece carries a two-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Cleaning and polishing at the atelier are complimentary for life.
