Terms

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we have acknowledged it by email. We may decline an order where a piece is no longer available.

Prices are shown in euro and include Belgian VAT where applicable. Duties outside the European Union are payable by the recipient.

Every order is delivered by DHL Express with signature required, worldwide, within fifteen days at the latest, at a flat rate of €65. This secure service is mandatory because the jewellery is insured for its full actual value throughout transit. Bespoke commissions require approximately one month from enquiry to delivery.

Prices include Belgian VAT for deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union no European VAT is charged; import duties and local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

A piece may be returned within fifteen days of proof of delivery, provided it has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging with its box and diamond certificate. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.

Write to atelier@oneantwerp.com with your order number to obtain return instructions. Once the piece has been inspected at the atelier, the refund is issued to the original payment method; the original delivery charge and the return postage are not refunded. Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces and rings resized to a custom measurement cannot be returned.

All diamonds are laboratory-grown, D or E colour, VS or VVS clarity, and independently IGI certified. Photography is representative; natural variation in stones and hand-finishing is expected.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
